Habits and decisions in context

Routines and choices make more sense beside the parts of life they affect, not isolated in separate trackers.

Track a sustainable rate

Habit cards show progress toward a weekly target rather than demanding a perfect daily streak. Record a completion, an intentional skip or a miss, and keep the routine attached to its Health, Learning or Project branch.

Make trade-offs visible

Decision cards give options and criteria a dedicated structure. Keep evidence, concerns and the eventual choice together so the reasoning can be revisited after the outcome is known.

See relationships ordinary trackers miss

A habit can sit beside the project it supports. A decision can link to the people, constraints and tasks affected by it. The canvas keeps those connections visible while the card holds the specific data.

Use templates for recurring reflection

Save a useful weekly reset, decision framework or journal branch as a personal template. Reuse the shape, then edit or remove it without affecting maps created earlier.
